Kim helped me purchase my fourth home and first in Colorado’s notoriously competitive real estate market. From the very beginning, she was an assertive and thorough agent, working day and night to help find and purchase my home. Without her, I am doubtful I would’ve ended up in the house I am writing this from today. We had a complex transaction I had to first sell a plot of vacant land and find and purchase my home which needed a variety of repairs before I could take possession. Kim never faltered at organizing and arranging all this, taking a lot of the burden off of me so I could focus on the excitement of my new home. She’s very well-connected which added to my peace of mind so that I would not have to locate trustworthy contractors—that is a job in itself. She exceeded my expectations by a wide margin—going so far as to even find and pick up much-needed scaffolding so a contractor could perform their tasks on my house before closing. She even helped us assemble and disassemble it! For any real estate transaction, Kim would be my go-to person without hesitation. She was great throughout the whole process and the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.

We worked with Becky Cramer to buy our home in Colorado Springs, CO in 2021. We relocated from Orange County, CA. Becky went over and above to reacquaint us and familiarize us with the area! Becky is amazing and I highly recommend her. She was recommended to my husband and me and we bought our first home together with her representing us then she sold our home when we relocated. She is genuine, knowledgeable, and a very caring person. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful and just emotional and she listened to our concerns and spent so much time with us. I just really appreciate the personal touches as well. We had to bring our two-year-old to our closing and she made the cutest basket of goodies so she was occupied while we signed papers.

Kim has the ability to push every task across the finish line, even in the most stressful situations, with ease and kindness. We did not have an easy closing on the sale of our home and Kim continued to assure us and go above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly. With the purchase of our new home she knew every person we could possibly need - sprinkler maintenance, septic, handyman, furnace checks, etc. - and was scheduling them for us or giving us referrals.
