She has been a licensed real estate agent and Realtor® since 2018. Kim first obtained her license in Florida where she helped investors, sellers, and first-time home buyers. She moved to Colorado with her family in 2021 and became a licensed agent in 2022. Kim has a background in teaching, coaching, and customer service. She is highly detailed, organized, and an effective communicator. Combined with her team she offers expert market knowledge, collaborative negotiation strategies, professional staging and photography, and a passion to make the whole process smooth and fun!
Kim enjoys being outdoors and soaking up the sunshine. She loves cheering on her boys at baseball fields, hiking with her daughter around Colorado, and exploring new places with her family.
